Tasks: Organize meat tastings for deciding on rancher

 

  • Joanna: My husband is experienced in cooking grassfed meat and would be interested in organizing a tasting.

 

  • Wendy: I am definitely up for grilling and smoking. Pulled pork, anyone?

 

  • Jennifer: I'm a cook and would be happy to do this too. I could also host; my kitchen is well-suited to this sort of thing.

 

  • Bonnie says: Fantastic. I have an OK kitchen but an extra-large (warehouse-y) space for hosting, so if anyone wants to host/cook but doesn't have the space, just let me know.
