5-6 people, preferably those who are experienced with cooking grassfed meat
Tasks: Organize meat tastings for deciding on rancher
- Joanna: My husband is experienced in cooking grassfed meat and would be interested in organizing a tasting.
- Wendy: I am definitely up for grilling and smoking. Pulled pork, anyone?
- Jennifer: I'm a cook and would be happy to do this too. I could also host; my kitchen is well-suited to this sort of thing.
- Bonnie says: Fantastic. I have an OK kitchen but an extra-large (warehouse-y) space for hosting, so if anyone wants to host/cook but doesn't have the space, just let me know.
- Suzy: I am up for cooking, am an experienced meat cook, and have a house well-suited for gatherings.
- Viola: I have extensive catering experience and live in a loft. I have been eating almost exclusivey grass fed for 2+yrs, so have gained a good hand in cooking it. CAVEAT: I really can only cook Italian food
